Sausage Skillet Dinner
|Bulk pork sausage||1 Pound|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Uncooked elbow macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned whole tomatoes||16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Cook first 3 ingredients in a skillet until sausage is browned; stir to crumble.
Drain; stir in next 6 ingredients.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes; stir occasionally.
Stir in sour cream; cook until heated.
Sprinkle with cheese.
