|Streaky bacon rashers||2 , derinded and halved|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|English mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Cook the sausages under a preheated medium grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
Spread with mustard to taste.
Cut the cheese into 4 strips and press onto the sausages.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage.
Return to the grill and cook for a further 10 minutes, turning once.
