Fresh Country Sausage

Ingredients
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Powdered thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 2 Dash
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Ground pork 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Sage 3 Teaspoon
  Ground veal 1⁄2 Pound
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fat/Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put all the seasonings in a bowl and mix and mash well until fine.
Put in the meat and mix well.
Store in the refrigerator.
Shape into balls or patties and fry in the fat.
