Sausage Garbanzo Soup
|Bulk italian sausage||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Canned garbanzo beans||15 Ounce|
|Cubed potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||4 Teaspoon|
In large saucepan or Dutch oven cook sausage and onion till meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
Stir in water, undrained beans, potatoes, bouillon granules, and paprika.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 30 minutes or till potatoes are tender; stir occasionally.
