Sausage Breakfast Bake
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vegetable shortening||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Spiced apple rings||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Brown and serve sausage links||6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vegetable shortening; beat until nearly smooth with rotary beater.
Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Drain apple rings; reserve syrup to use in Apple Maple Syrup.
Halve each sausage link crosswise.
Arrange apple rings and sausages over batter in pattern to be cut into 12 squares when served.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
