Sweet And Sour Beef Balls

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cracked pepper To Taste
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pineapple slice 9 , diced
  Canned bamboo shoots 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Chicken bouillon 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Green peppers 3 Large, diced
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Shape ground beef into walnut-sized balls.
Combine eggs, flour, salt and pepper; dip meatballs into flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil in skillet until browned; remove meatballs.
Keep warm.
Drain off all but 1 tablespoonful fat; add pineapple.
Cook, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Rinse bamboo shoots thoroughly; drain.
Combine pineapple, bamboo shoots, bouillon, green peppers, monosodium glutamate and pineapple juice with sugar, ginger and vinegar; blend thoroughly.
Add cornstarch to soy sauce; stir until smooth.
Add cornstarch mixture to pineapple mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil and is thickened.
Add meatballs; simmer for 15 minutes.
