Zucchini sauce may refer to any sauce which is prepared using zucchini and this sauce is generally served over pasta. It is one of the integral features of the Italian cuisine. Sicilians include zucchini in agrodolce or sweet or sour sauce. The Egyptians add zucchini to tomato sauce along with onions and garlic.
