Walnut sauce is made using walnut pieces, flat leafed parsley, bread without crusts, milk, butter, garlic clove, salt, red hot pepper flakes and cup olive oil.
The bread is soaked in milk and thereafter squeezed to remove excess. Then walnut pieces, bread, butter, garlic, parsley, hot pepper flakes and salt are blended using a food processor equipped with a steel blade alternately inside a blender such that it results in a smooth mixture or paste. As the machine is still on the olive oil is streamed through. The sauce is transferred to a dish to put in salt and pepper as per choice.
The sauce is ready to be tossed with cooked and drained spaghetti coated with butter or to be served alongside steam cooked green vegetables.
