Steak Sauce

Steak Sauce is a delicious sauce, derived from the pre-made sauces which are served alongwith steaks. Steak sauce is a brownish colored sauce prepared by blending together tomatoes, spices, vinegar, raisins and anchovies, until they turn smooth and the mixture is simmered for a few minutes. The taste of the sauce is either tart or sweet with a peppery taste; though some varieties of steak sauce tastes like a ketchup spiced with mustard seed.
