Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade sauce is a popular condiment usually served with seafood, burgers, french fries and sandwiches. It is made using mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, mustard and pepper. Often onions are added to the Remoulade sauce to make it richer in taste. Believed to have originated in France, chopped capers are often added to Remoulade sauce.
