Tomatoes which are cut into thin wedges and toasted pine nuts and capers are mixed into this to make delicious pasta egg sauce. The salted and cooked pasta is seasoned with the sauce and thus ready to serve.

Egg sauce is a nutritious sauce, and an excellent source of high quality protein and essential amino acids are present in it on account of the eggs used.
