Blackberry Sauce

Blackberry sauce is a dessert sauce which is served as an accompaniment to pancakes, meat, toasts and ice cream. This sauce is used as a substitute for jam. This sauce is prepared by boiling blackberry with sugar. The sauce is thickened using flour and is served as a popular accompaniment for poultry and game.

Blueberry sauce is prepared in many ways. Fresh and frozen blueberries are combined with sugar, corn syrup and water.
