Onions In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Small yellow onions 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and quarter onions; leave very small onions whole.
Simmer in salted water 15 to 20 minutes, until just tender; drain.
Add undiluted soup; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
