Rich Meat Sauce

|Pork sausage||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained|
Brown sausage with onion and garlic in large skillet.
Drain off fat.
Reserve 1/4 cup sausage for Filling.
Add remaining ingredients to sausage in skillet.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm.
