Spicy Orange Barbecue Sauce
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed but not diluted|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot pepper sauce/1/2 teaspoon rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients and 1 juice can water in small saucepan and bring to boil, stirring over medium heat.
Marinate chicken in cooled sauce for half an hour before putting on barbecue.
Baste several times while chicken cooks.
Enough for 2 large fryers.
