Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Celery leaves 3 , chopped (Fresh)
  Bay leaf 1
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Dried basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pimiento 1 , chopped (Whole)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 4 Drop
  Soy sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in a dutch oven, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat, and process mixture through a food mill.
Return tomato mixture to dutch oven, and set aside.
Saute chopped onion and green pepper in olive oil in a large heavy skillet until tender; add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Add to tomato mixture in dutch oven, stirring until combined.
