|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Ounce, melted|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Peanut butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Saute onion and garlic in butter in a saucepan until golden.
Add soya sauce, peanut butter and lemon juice and mix together thoroughly, cool.
Before serving, add the cream.
Delicious served with barbecued steaks and chops.
