Nogada Sauce is a mouth watering side dish. An easy to prepare sauce recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), ground|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), ground|
|Peppercorns||5 , crushed|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
Mix walnuts, garlic, peppercorns, crumbs, sugar, and salt with vinegar.
Stir in enough water to make a very thick sauce.
Let stand 30 minutes.
