Crayfish In Paprika Sauce
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||2 Ounce (1 Small Bunch)|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (Colored Red)|
|Crayfish butter||2 Ounce|
|Meat stock/Bouillon||1⁄2 Pint|
Cook crayfish in salted water with caraway seeds and parsley, remove flesh from claws and tails.
Melt and heat butter, and add crayfish flesh, heat up again a little, sprinkle with paprika and flour.
Dilute with soup and bring to boil.
Take off the fire and salt.
Sprinkle with crayfish butter before serving and give a dish of rice separately.
