Crayfish In Paprika Sauce

Ingredients
  Crayfish 50
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Ounce (1 Small Bunch)
  Butter 5 Ounce
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (Colored Red)
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Crayfish butter 2 Ounce
  Meat stock/Bouillon 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Cook crayfish in salted water with caraway seeds and parsley, remove flesh from claws and tails.
Melt and heat butter, and add crayfish flesh, heat up again a little, sprinkle with paprika and flour.
Dilute with soup and bring to boil.
Take off the fire and salt.
Sprinkle with crayfish butter before serving and give a dish of rice separately.
