Sauce Painted Spareribs
|Meaty spareribs/Back ribs||4 Pound, cut in serving portions|
|Ketchup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horse radish mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Partially cook ribs in a 350Â°F oven about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Simmer over low heat at least 10 minutes.
To grill, place ribs, meaty side down, on grill.
Slowly grill about 3 inches from coals.
Turn about every 5 minutes, brushing with sauce.
Grill until ribs are deep brown and crisp, about 25 minutes.
