Macaroni In Cheese Sauce
|Macaroni||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Cook macaroni as directed on package.
In a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole, heat butter 30 seconds.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk slowly, stirring continuously.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes until mixture thickens.
Add mustard and cheese; stir to blend.
Cook 1 minute.
Mix in cooked macaroni and heat 2 to 3 minutes.
