Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce (About 2 Squares)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Undiluted evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt grains To Taste
Directions

Heat butter and chocolate together in a heavy saucepan or top of a double boiler over low heat until melted, stirring to blend.
Remove from heat and stir in a mixture of the sugar and cocoa.
Blend in the remaining ingredients and return saucepan to low heat (place double boiler top over boiling water) and cook until sauce is thickened; stir constantly.
