Duck Sauce And Hot Mustard has a Splendid taste. The jam and white wine vinegar gives the Duck Sauce And Hot Mustard Extraordinary taste. Must go for it
  Red plum jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chutney 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 6 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine jam and chutney in small bowl; blend thoroughly.
Serve Duck Sauce hot or cold.
Place dry mustard in small bowl; stir in small amount wine until smooth.
Add remaining wine gradually; blend thoroughly.
