Rocky Road Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten until thick|
|Chocolate sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Marshmallows||8 Ounce, cut into small pieces|
Cream butter; gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating well.
Add beaten egg yolks in thirds; beating thoroughly after each addition.
Blend in chocolate sauce.
Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
Fold in the pecans and marshmallows.
