King Mackerel Steaks With Sauce Provencale
|Mackerel/Other fish steaks||2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
Thaw fish if frozen.
Place in single layer on well-greased baking pan, 15 x 10 x 1 inches.
Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Broil about 4 inches from source of heat 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
Fish need not be turned during broiling.
