Cherries And Pears In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Dark pitted cherries 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pear halves 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sweet red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain syrup from cherries and pears into glass casserole dish.
Stir in wine, orange peel and cornstarch.
Cook on high (9) for 4 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring twice.
Combine fruit with hot sauce.
