Brown Betty With Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Cinnamon raisin bread cubes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Applesauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In medium skillet saute bread cubes in melted butter.
When lightly browned, add sugar, applesauce, cinnamon, and salt; stir until hot.
Serve warm with dollop of hard sauce on top.
