Mexican Green Tomato Sauce

Green Sauce has a Delicious taste. The mishmash of olive oil, Mexican green tomatoes, oregano, and wine vinegar gives the Green Sauce Gripping taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and chopped
  Canned mexican green tomatoes 10 Ounce (Tomatillos)
  Crumbled dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried cilantro/Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in small skillet.
Saute onion and garlic until limp.
Drain tomatillos; reserve liquid.
Combine tomatillos, 1/2 cup reserved liquid, onion, garlic, oil, oregano, and cilantro in jar of electric blender; puree.
Heat skillet over moderate heat.
Pour in sauce; cook 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; add wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Chill sauce
