Spicy Herb Tomato Sauce

Spicy Tomato Sauce has a Uplifting taste.The Black pepper and Parsley gives the Spicy Tomato Sauce Grand taste. Must catch it
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped yellow onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ripe plum tomatoes/Meaty tomatoes 4 Pound, skinned
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), peeled and sliced
  Chopped italian parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Heat olive oil in a large deep pot.
Add onions and cook, covered, over low heat until tender and lightly colored, about 25 minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the water and cook very slowly, uncovered, for 3 hours.
Stir in the garlic and parsley and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Taste and correct seasoning if necessary.
Use immediately, or cool to room temperature before covering.
Refrigerate or freeze.
