Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Brown stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped gherkins 1 Tablespoon
  French mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter; cook onion slowly 6 to 8 minutes.
Add vinegar; boil few minutes.
Add flour, then stock; bring to boil.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add gherkins, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Reheat
