Stuffed Figs In Chocolate Sauce

Stuffed Figs In Chocolate Sauce is wondeful in taste. The Lemon flavour gives the Stuffed Figs In Chocolate Sauce a tangy and refreshing taste.
Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Ground almonds 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Superfine sugar 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Figs 12
  Milk chocolate 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Cane sugar syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened condensed milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raspberry liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Whisk the egg in a cup.
Mix the ground almonds and sugar in a bowl.
Stir in the iemon juice and the beaten egg, mixing with a fork.
Work the mixture to a smooth paste with the fingers.
Rinse the figs under plenty of cold running water.
Pat dry on kitchen paper.
Cutin quarters without separating thequarters from the base.
Stuff with the almond paste and close up as much as possible.
Put on a wire rack.
Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl with the cane sugar syrup and condensed milk.
Heat on HIGH in the microwave oven for 2 minutes, watching to make sure that the mixture does not boil over.
Remove from the oven and stir until smooth.
Add the raspberry liqueur and stir again.
Leave to cool.
Coat the stuffed figs with the chocolate sauce, taking care to cover completely.
Leave to cool.
Arrange on a serving dish.
