Ingredients
  Ground meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped oregano/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped basil/1 teaspoon dried basil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

o the meat base add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 hour, until mixture is thick. (If you want a thinner mixture, add 8 ounces of canned tomato puree.)
Freeze in portions suitable for your family's use.
