Thick White Sauce

Treat your close ones with this amazing side dish. The Thick White Sauce is a mouth watering sauce. Highly recommended, you must try this sauce out.
Ingredients
  Butter/Other fat 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.When less butter than flour is used, then in a pot, heat 3/4 of the milk
2.Now mix remaining milk with flour to make a smooth paste and stir into hot milk
3.Then heat to boiling and cook until thickened, make sure to keep stirring constantly
4.Last, add butter or other fat and seasonings and cook for 3 minutes
SERVING
5.Serve with salmon, potato pancakes, crab or fish cakes
