Fish Poached In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fish fillets 2 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a greased skillet, cook the first 5 ingredeints until their size reduces to half
2.Now add fish to mixture and simmer for 5 minutes
3.Turn the fish to another side and simmer for more 5 minutes
4.Once simmered completely, remove the fish and place on a hot platter
5.Take a strainer, and strain tomato sauce, also add butter and pour over the fish

SERVING
6.Serve over rice, or with salads
