Green Sauce is easy to make and does'nt take much time to prepare. The lemon juice gives the Green Sauce a pungent taste.
|Parsley sprigs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Basil leaves/1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, snipped|
|Red pepper sauce||6 Drop|
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth, about 3 minutes.
