Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne To Taste
  Celery essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting peeled cucumbers into very small pieces
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, simmer the cucumbers along with stock, vinegar, salt, cayenne and a little celery essence, until tender
3.Strain mixture through a sieve
SERVING
4.Serve with salmon patties or cooked fish
