Steak In Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Shallot 1 Large, finely chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless rib steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips (Boneless Sirloin Steak)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Creme Fraiche)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon (Tomato Puree)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mild mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cognac 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the shallot and butter in a bowl and microwave, uncovered, for 3 minutes on HIGH.
Heat a browning dish in the microwave oven for 6-8 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
When the browning dish is hot, put in the strips of steak, leave for 30-40 seconds, then turn over with a spatula.
Microwave, uncovered, for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Stir the shallots and add the sour cream (creme fraiche), tomato paste (puree), sugar and mustard.
Mix well.
