Steak In Tomato Cream Sauce
|Shallot||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Boneless rib steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips (Boneless Sirloin Steak)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Creme Fraiche)|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon (Tomato Puree)|
|Mild mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Put the shallot and butter in a bowl and microwave, uncovered, for 3 minutes on HIGH.
Heat a browning dish in the microwave oven for 6-8 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
When the browning dish is hot, put in the strips of steak, leave for 30-40 seconds, then turn over with a spatula.
Microwave, uncovered, for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Stir the shallots and add the sour cream (creme fraiche), tomato paste (puree), sugar and mustard.
