Buttery Chocolate Sauce
|Semi-sweet chocolate||7 Ounce (Plain)|
|Cane sugar syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl with the cane sugar syrup and 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) of water.
Micro wave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir the contents of the bowl and add the butter in small quantities, stirring until melted.
Beat until smooth and shiny.
You can make this sauce ahead of time and heat on HIGH for 1 minute when needed.
