Wild Mushrooms In Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
  Smoked streaky bacon 2 Ounce, cut into strips
  Shallot 2 Large, chopped
  Wild mushrooms/Field mushrooms 1 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Corn Flour)
  Madeira 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon (Crme Fraiche)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the bacon and shallots in a casserole.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms to the casserole, with the garlic powder, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes of cooking, mix the cornstarch (cornflour) to a smooth paste in a bowl with the Madeira and add to the mushrooms.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, grated Parmesan, sour cream (creme fraiche) and chopped parsley to the casserole.
