Apricot Lemon And Brandy Sauce
|Apricot preserve||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Apricot brandy||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine preserve, lemon juice, sugar and peel in small saucepan.
Cook until preserves have melted and sugar is dissolved.
Add apricot brandy.
Sieve; then chill until just before serving.
