Onion Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Beef stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, cook the onion with the fat until slightly browned
2.Now stir in the flour to the pan
3.Then add the stock and parsley
4.Make sure to keep stirring constantly
SERVING
5.Serve with roast lamb or serve as a topping over hot dog
