Mustard Sauce

Mustard Sauce takes no time to cook. The fusion of flour, salt, pepper and milk gives the Mustard Sauce a wonderful taste.
Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place margarine in 4 cup microwavable measure.
Microwave uncovered on high until melted, 15 to 30 seconds.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and milk.
Microwave, stirring every minute, until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in mustard and horseradish.
Microwave until hot, 30 to 60 seconds longer.
