Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or canned)
Directions

MAKING
1.First, make a brown sauce of fat, flour, and stock
2.Then season and add mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes for canned and 5 or 6 minutes for fresh ones
SERVING
3.Serve with any appetizer, or served over a pasta
