Grilled Veal With Sauce Pizzaiola

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely minced
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, minced
  Canned no salt added italian plum tomatoes 16 Ounce, drained and broken up (1 can)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 4 Teaspoon, drained
  Turkey breasts 1 Pound
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet and saute" onion and garlic until onion is wilted.
Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano.
Increase heat to medium high and cook until mixture thickens.
Then simmer another 5 minutes.
Mix in capers and cook 2 minutes.
Mixture should be thick.
Freeze in portions suitable for your family's use.
Place turkey breasts on broiler pan lined with foil.
Rub oil on breasts.
Preheat broiler and broil turkey 3 inches from source of heat, about 4 or 5 minutes on each side, until turkey is cooked through.
While turkey is cooking, reheat sauce.
Place turkey on serving or individual plates and cover completely with sauce.
Serve.
