Apples In Red Berry Sauce
|Frozen blackcurrants||2 Ounce|
|Red currant syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raspberry liqueur||3 Tablespoon|
Core the apples with an apple corer and peel.
Put in a small oval dish and surround with the frozen blackcurrants.
Pour over the redcurrant syrup.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 6 minutes.
When the apples are tender but still retain their shape, pour over the raspberry liqueur and leave to cool.
