Apples In Red Berry Sauce

Ingredients
  Apples 2 Large
  Frozen blackcurrants 2 Ounce
  Red currant syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raspberry liqueur 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Core the apples with an apple corer and peel.
Put in a small oval dish and surround with the frozen blackcurrants.
Pour over the redcurrant syrup.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 6 minutes.
When the apples are tender but still retain their shape, pour over the raspberry liqueur and leave to cool.
