Tomato Sauce For Enchiladas
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chili peppers||25 Milliliter, rinsed, drained and finely chopped (2 tablespoon)|
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Use 1/4 cup (50 mL) sauce for chicken filling.
Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
Bake in preheated 350Â°F (180Â°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until warmed through.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Serve with sour cream and shredded lettuce if desired.
