Tomato Sauce For Enchiladas

Tomato Sauce is a very tempting recipe that you must try out. Prepare the Tomato Sauce in a jiffy and let us know after you've enjoyed it !
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chili peppers 25 Milliliter, rinsed, drained and finely chopped (2 tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Use 1/4 cup (50 mL) sauce for chicken filling.
Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until warmed through.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Serve with sour cream and shredded lettuce if desired.
