Ingredients
  Sweet cider 4 Quart
  Apples 2 Quart
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by paring, quartering, and coring the apples
MAKING
2.In a pot, boil the sweet cider until it decreases from 4 quarts to 2 quarts
3.In a pan, pour the sweet cider and apples
4.Simmer for 4 hours
5.Remove the cider apple sauce and flavor with cinnamon, if desired
SERVING
6.Serve with pork chops, french crepes, or chicken
