Zucchini In Mustard Sauce

Zucchini In Mustard Sauce has a different taste. The Lemon juice gives the Zucchini In Mustard Sauce a tangy and revitalizing taste.
Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 3⁄4 Pound (courgettes)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Rinse and top and tail the zucchini (courgettes).
Quarter lengthwise and cut into strips.
Mix together the garlic and zucchini (courgettes) in a dish and season with salt and pepper.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Mix together the mustard, yogurt, egg and lemon juice and pour over the zucchini (courgettes).
Stir well.
Cover and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 1 minute.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
