Creamed Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

Mix the sugar, corn syrup, cocoa, salt and water in a saucepan and cook to 228 degrees on a candy thermometer.
Add the vanilla and butter.
Mix but do not beat.
Fold in the whipped cream
