Mayonnaise Cream Sauce For Lobster

Ingredients
  Oil mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream/Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1 Dash
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.
This sauce can be served hot or cold.
If the lobster is hot, a little melted butter may be added to the lobster.

I made this with lobster surumi, and used fat-free sour cream and Dukes mayonnaise in it. I also added a little salt to taste. It was super celicious !!!
